Instead of an algorithm deciding who gets seen, the price does. Whoever pays the most holds the top spot, for as long as nobody pays more. There's also Boost — anyone can chip in on a listing they like without taking it over, so a favorite channel doesn't need a single big spender to climb.

Two boards, same rules: a global ranking for YouTube and Twitch channels, and a separate one for individual YouTube videos. Rank is the bid — nothing else.
