Terms of Service

ranking.video (the "Service") is operated by Flysoft Studio Corp ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

ranking.video is a public leaderboard where a paid position determines rank — for YouTube and Twitch channels on one board, and individual YouTube videos on another. Full mechanics are described on the Rules page, which is part of these Terms by reference.

2. Payments and no refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Once a payment is confirmed, the bid or boost is final — getting outbid later does not entitle you to a refund; that is the core mechanic of the Service. The only exception is a payment that never took effect because someone else's payment was confirmed a moment earlier for the same rank — that payment is refunded automatically.

3. Acceptable use

You may only submit YouTube or Twitch channel URLs, or YouTube video URLs, that you have the right to promote. We may remove a listing without refund if it is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates YouTube's or Twitch's own terms of service.

4. No accounts — manage links

There is no login system. Control over a listing is a private link generated after payment. If you lose that link, we cannot recover access to it for you — there is no account recovery flow.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including uptime or the accuracy of channel/video statistics pulled from third-party APIs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
