Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email, collected by Stripe when you pay — we receive it to associate your payment with your listing.
• The channel/video URL you submit, plus public metadata about it (name, avatar, subscriber/follower/view count) fetched from the YouTube Data API or Twitch API. This is all publicly available information tied to the URL you provide — we don't send those platforms anything about you.
• Aggregate site analytics via Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you individually across sites.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run the leaderboard: display your listing, process outbid/boost payments, generate your private management link, and compute the Latest activity / Trending sections. We don't email you — the only way to reach your listing is the link shown once on the success page after payment.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our database host, the YouTube Data API and Twitch API (to resolve the URL you submit), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). We don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the site.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove a listing or delete the data tied to it by emailing info@flysoft.studio.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
